At Mobile Masters, we take pride in delivering professional installations done right the first time. Below is a simplified overview of our service terms to ensure transparency and clear expectations.
Installation Guarantee: We lifetime guarantee the quality of our installation wiring workmanship.
This guarantee applies to the installation only and does not cover manufacturer defects or equipment failure.
If a product fails, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.
Payments & Refunds: All services are final once completed and approved.
We do not offer refunds after work has been performed.
Customer-Supplied Equipment: We are happy to install customer-provided equipment.
However;
Installation Time & Labor: All installation times are estimates due to the complexity of custom work.
Additional charges may apply if:
Vehicle & Property Responsibility Customers are responsible for:
Testing & Operation: Our technicians may operate your vehicle or equipment as needed to properly test and verify installation.
Security Systems Disclaimer: Aftermarket security systems are not guaranteed to prevent theft.
Mobile Masters is not responsible for theft, damage, or system bypass.
Additional Repairs & Diagnostics of Electrical issues, noise, or system troubleshooting may require additional labor and are billed separately.
Liability: We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by events outside our control, including accidents, theft, or environmental factors.
